CHILD PROTECTION SYSTEM

Commitment and Responsibility

As an entity that develops activities in the field of leisure and sports with the participation of minors, we have a relevant responsibility and role in the learning, coexistence, and protection of childhood, along with the duty to apply and follow the normative frameworks for the protection of minors. For this reason, we have equipped ourselves with tools, procedures, and mechanisms for prevention, action, and response that ensure the well-being of minors and allow us to build a protective environment regarding the fundamental rights of each child and adolescent who participates or is related to the activities developed by our Entity.

In this sense, we have the highest commitment and responsibility to ensure that the relationships and interactions we develop with minors occur in a safe environment free from any type of harassment or violence.
For all of the above and as a fundamental axis of our commitment, we express our firm rejection and “zero” tolerance towards acts of violence against children and adolescents. We are subject to this duty and commitment to protect minors, all responsible parties, professionals, employees, and collaborators of our Entity, as well as those people from other companies or organizations who may have contact or relate to minors.

Protocol for the Protection of Minors

To comply and facilitate the monitoring of this commitment, the Entity has implemented a System for the Protection of Minors and in this sense, has proceeded to develop a Protocol for the Protection of Minors, as a reference framework and action in this area for all entities and persons related and involved with the Entity. The content of the document is complemented and reinforced with all those policies, procedures, and internal rules of action and regulatory compliance that the Entity has or develops to meet our commitment to ethical and responsible action.

Internal Information System (Alert, Information, and Reporting)

As a fundamental element and guarantee of our commitment to the protection of minors, we make available to minors, professionals, family members, and other members related to our Entity an Internal Information System (SIIF) through which they can report any indication, suspicion, or evidence of possible situations of violence, harassment, or any other risky behavior that could affect minors. Communications made through the SIIF, for the protection of minors, have the security, protection, and confidentiality measures (including the option for anonymity) required by the regulatory framework for the SIIF and this type of communication. All this with a specific and adapted management for the protection of minors.
You can consult in detail the protection measures and guarantees that configure our Internal Information System, as well as the different Internal Information Channels enabled and that we make available to you in the Internal Information System section of our website.

Attention and Support

To be able to attend to, provide support and guidance to any person in the field of protection of minors, we have designated a Delegate for the Protection of Minors, as a reference person that we make available to advise, support, and guarantee the adequate understanding and functioning of our protection systems for childhood and adolescence. You can contact them through the contact email dpm@cnelbalis.com. You should not use this email to report alerts or complaints. To ensure security, confidentiality, and protection measures, you must use the previously detailed SIIF.
